- DMDeirdre Mirmelli5 days ago1.0After finding out that I have influenza and it is extremely contagious I went to the Safeway pharmacy at 2650 Highway 20 I lined up for 20 minutes they said sorry it’s not ready and anyway we’ll be going to lunch soon so come back at 2:40. I drove 20 minutes home feeling really awful. I then went back there. I lined up and I actually went there at 3.10, 30 minutes after they told me it would be ready. It still wasn’t ready so I had to wait in the little room adjacent then finally the third time I go to the counter they give me my meds and although the instructions said take one pill twice daily for five days, they only put in five pills so I had to go home again and now I have to go back a forth time on Sunday as they said they were closed today. and I have no one to help me and no one to pick up the script Guys don’t go to this pharmacy if you have a brain because they could’ve actually picked up the phone call the hospital told them their mistake and asked them to send over five more pills, but they chose not to they were not really concerned What amazes me is that I am severely contagious and they really couldn’t give a flying….. I will call them before going and ask them to give me the pills without having to line up and infect people. (I am guessing as they are closed today the line will be long….Am curious how they respond.
