  Bad staff, unknowledgeable and unhelpful, not friendly and all around rude. I do NOT recommend. The manager and assistant managers have no clue what they are doing. Simple requests were refuse with no alternative. Boo!

  Do not order coffee here, they got my order wrong twice in one day. And the only person that helped at the counter after a few minutes of waiting, was the youngest person there. So good for that young man. But would not recommend

  Kinda crap here, I order like 2 things at McDonald's, large hot coffee with cream and sugar, which they mess up every time, and now if you order a large iced coffee they put in a medium and argue with you, even though it clearly states what goes where on the side of it

  This review is about the McDonalds at 2000 NE 3rd St in Bend and our experience over about two years as consistent daily customers. We went there every morning. Same order, same routine. We were not loud, not disruptive, and never caused issues. We simply came in, paid, and left. Over time, the service was very inconsistent. Some days were fine, but multiple times a week we were treated coldly or with visible annoyance for no clear reason. There was never any effort to recognize us as regular customers, even after seeing us almost every day for two years. After all that time, only one employee ever learned how we like our coffee. That alone shows the level of attention and care being given. There was also an ongoing issue with the restroom. My girlfriend had mentioned many times that it was often already messy when she went in. If anything, she would pick up trash if she saw it, even though that is not something a customer should have to do. Then one day something happened that still does not make sense. She used the restroom, came back out, and suddenly she was being accused of trashing it. No one showed proof. No one asked questions. No one tried to understand what actually happened. They went straight to blaming her and telling us to leave. And that raises a serious question. What exactly made them come to that conclusion? There was no behavior from us that would justify that kind of assumption. No history of issues. No reason to single us out. So why jump straight to accusing a regular customer of something like that without any verification? It did not feel like a misunderstanding. It felt like they had already decided we were the problem and were just looking for a reason to act on it. After two years of consistent business, that was the outcome. Not a conversation, not a warning, just an immediate accusation and removal based on something that was not true. What stands out most is how easily they were willing to make a serious accusation without any effort to confirm it, and how quickly they chose to remove paying customers instead of handling the situation professionally. That is not normal, and it is not acceptable.
