  I don't know how many times I gotta tell you guys clean the bathroom before you open up. Don't wait until you open the lobby to clean the bathrooms, it's disrespectful to your customers when they need to use the bathroom in the morning and it's blocked off. I respectfully ask the management to address this concern with your maintenance crew thanks.

  It's McDonald's for the grandkids. Been 25 years since I ate at one and hopefully it will be another 25 before I have to go back.

  Absolutely garbage the food was cold and the general manager was so rude. Do not come here unless you want to be treated badly..

  This review is specifically about the McDonalds at 1151 SE 3rd St in Bend and how we are consistently treated there. We come in regularly for coffee. Same order every time. All we ask is cream and sugar on the side. That is it. Nothing complicated. Yet almost every visit they put the cream and sugar directly into the coffee anyway. Mistakes happen, but the real issue is how they respond when we ask for it to be corrected. The attitude changes immediately. You can see the irritation right away. Eye rolling, short responses, and body language that makes it clear we are now the problem for asking for the order to be done correctly. When they remake it or try to fix it, it turns into another issue. We ask for a specific amount, 8 cream and 16 sugar per coffee, and they do not even try to get it right. They hand out random amounts like counting does not matter. Then we have to repeat ourselves again just to get the correct order. Instead of fixing it properly, they toss a few more on the counter, walk away, and act annoyed like we are asking for something unreasonable. We are not rude. We are not loud. We are not causing problems. We are simply ordering coffee and expecting it to be made the way we asked. What stands out is not just the repeated mistakes but the consistent disrespect. Every interaction feels like we are inconveniencing them just by being there. At this point it does not feel like poor service. It feels intentional. Like they do not want to deal with us and show it every time we come in. This is not normal customer service. This is a complete lack of basic respect toward paying customers.

  The Food was made quickly and seems fresh. The McGriddles have shrunk in diameter since last time I got them. I asked two different people for cream and sugar for my coffee and got two packets of sugar and a dirty look. Customer service is important in any business but it’s hard to get that anymore sadly.
