  Hattie’s is Bend’s best kept bbq secret, but the word needs to get out! We’ve eaten here three times and it’s always 5 stars. The meat is so tender you really don’t need the sauce. The potato salad is light and delicious and we love the handmade sausage. Yes, it’s inside a country bar/restaurant, but there is outdoor seating if you bring the kids and don’t want to take them inside. We will be ordering their food to cater a large party and can’t wait to have it again!

  Don’t get to come into bend as often as we’d like, but when we do, we always come here. Amazing food and great staff :)

  First time visiting Oregon and we came in for some lunch, Jackson was our server and he was AMAZING! The food was super amazing as well!!

  Great food if you can enjoy the spices. Sadly it ended up being too spicy for my palate. Even so you could tell it was quality and the service people I encountered when picking up my order were very kind and willing to help.

  Have you ever looked at pictures from a menu and hoped the food lived up to the cravings that started? Hatties BBQ will more than live up to your expectations! As a party of two we split a "Full Boat" platter that included Brisket, Pulled Pork, Spare Ribs, Hot Link Sausage and Pork Belly Burnt Ends. We also tried the Harissa Chicken. The "Full Boat" comes with your choice of two sides, and we chose the Mac n Cheese and Elote Dip with chips. EVERY single item of our order was perfect! Tender, Juicy, Succulent, Flavorful and Delicious. Everything is fresh, hand crafted and obviously cultivated and prepared by a pitmaster and staff that love what they do! I knew half way through the meal I wanted to buy a Hatties T shirt to spread the gospel of "WOW that's some amazing BBQ", and I did too! Our server Jackson made excellent recomendations and was locked into making sure we wanted for nothing. The bar and resturaunt is clean, well lit, accessable and comfortable. You get a very generous portion of very high quality food for the money, and two hungry adults were very happily full and had a couple of boxes of leftovers to take home for later. Hatties BBQ inside the Crosseyed Cricket should be on EVERY meat candy lovers radar and I would highly recommend you show up hungry and prepare to be impressed! Thanks again for the awesome food and great service, we will be back!
