  The outdoor seating is next to the river trail so it was enjoyable to see walkers, bikers, runners and all the pets that people were with. Charlie provided us with some of the best service we have ever had, she was extremely nice and comfortable to talk with! We have been here several years ago and today was excellent, including the weather for early October. We will stop again next time through Bend.

  If you want to have a special moment and create a lifetime memory, come here. The staff went above and beyond for us, I still cant believe everything they did for us. My future wife and I are still stunned. They helped me so amazingly to pull off a special propasal. Were still glowing and sharing our story everywhere. The service was incredible, the food was phenomenal! We loved the wine and the view of the river, they let us setup flowers at the table too! We arw coming here everytime we come to Bend, and suggest you just eat here you wont regret it. Thank you again to the amazing staff that made our night beyond special and memorable.

  We went here for a birthday dinner. The food was the best I've had in years! We got halloumi cheese, (gluten-free!) calamari, and Yellowstone burgers. Our server was extremely attentive, engaging and friendly. And there is no comparison to the view!

  My husband and I just wanted to say that we really love having André as our server here. We usually go in for lunch or an early dinner and every time we’ve had André we end up smiling and agreeing with each other how much we appreciate his accommodating willing spirit along with his genuine pleasant manner that makes our meal feel that much more of a treat. ❤️

  Well, that was a disappointment. Having been to Greg's a few times pre-Covid era, I was looking forward to another great meal in their great location on a great girl's night out. It was not great. It could have been great but it was not. It started off alright with us arriving on-time for our 4:15pm reservation for four people. We were seated promptly at a nice table with a river view, our menus placed in a pile in the centermof the table. We selected our drinks and entrees. Then we waited. We waited longer than one would expect for a half-full restaurant (remember - it is not yet 5 o'clock, and it is a Thursday). About 15 minutes later our friendly server stops to take our drink orders. Our drinks arrive (had an excellent Lemon Drop Martini 😋) and then we wait. And wait. And wait to place our food orders. It wasn't difficult choosing an entree since the once eclectic and choice-filled menu has been reduced to roughly 8 entree choices in total. I selected the Halibut Fish and Chips as did another in our group. My sister chose the Bow Tie pasta, and the 4th person chose the Cheeseburger. All entrees arrived eventually, and the only truly outstanding one was the pasta. The other two entrees (fish and chips and the burger) were wholly uninspired. Completely and utterly uninspired. At this price point and in a town of enormous great eating opportunities, this is a risky path for Greg's. In a nutshell: we experienced sub-par service (friendly, but not attentive), and mostly mediocre food for a price that doesn't equate to the quality of either. 😐
