- IFIan FaddisMay 5, 20261.0All Dutch Bros Coffee locations I’ve tried have been consistently disappointing. The drinks are overly sweet, lack real coffee flavor and just don’t live up to the hype. I genuinely wish I could give negative stars - just terrible. Do not go here for coffee.

Beats the heaven out of Starbucks for quality, service and value!
- DJDomenika JimenezApr 3, 20261.0i really like dutch bros but this one is by far the worst one in town. the drinks are always made incorrectly and tasteless. yesterday i went there around 4:30pm and got the new pretty in pink rebel blended, i got charged $7.50 for a small and the foam was the regular one instead of the one that’s advertising in the app and the pictures and it was very watery. i never leave reviews but since its not the first time this has happened to me at this location, i feel like they could be a little bit better. i understand they’re busy or they might not have all the ingredients but that should be communicated when you’re ordering. i usually don’t buy my coffee or rebels at this location because every time i go, i get disappointed😔 but i haven’t had any problems with the other locations around town.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
