    I stopped by this Dutch Bros around 9:00 p.m. tonight before making a long drive to Eastern Oregon. I specifically ordered a decaf latte because I wanted a warm drink without the caffeine for the drive. When I ordered, the barista told me they were no longer serving decaf because the espresso machine had already been shut down for the night. I asked if there was any way she could still make the drink, but she refused to make it, and I ended up leaving without a drink. This was incredibly frustrating because this is usually my favorite Dutch Bros, and I stop here almost every time I’m heading out of town since it’s the last one on the way. I’ve never had this happen before, and I was surprised that I was turned away while the stand was still open. Instead, I had to drive 10 minutes in the opposite direction just to find another Dutch shop that would make a decaf coffee. When I got to the OG Dutch they were taken aback by the fact I was refused a drink and made it within minutes and I appreciated that! I completely understand that there are closing procedures, but if the stand is still open and serving customers, I don’t understand why a decaf espresso drink couldn’t be made. Being refused service for a drink that takes only a couple of minutes to prepare was disappointing, especially before a long drive. I hope this experience can be addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.

    Short, brown haired, lady with a blonde girl with bangs. Took my order we gave her a 10 dollar bill and she gave us half filled the drinks with all ice. They said we aren’t getting full unless we give them a tip. I couldn’t tell but I think they were drunk just because of there attitude. Dutch bros your awesome but let’s do better

    People working here are extremely nice. I didn’t even drink the coffee / it was for friend but felt it was worth leaving a review because everyone was so full of good energy! 🩵
