    Went to pick up a mobile order and the line was long and the pickup area was packed. Tons of customers and delivery drivers were waiting for pickup and the employees were doing so amazing at keeping up with everyone while remaining positive. Though the wait time was extended, I felt well cared for and the woman running the register checked on my order multiple times along with others that were waiting.

    The blizzard I got was basically just the plain white soft serve they use as a base. Not nearly enough of the toppings or flavor they should have added. This place seems insanely understaffed and the employees always look absolutely miserable. This isn’t a dig on the employees but on the management whose job it is to keep the quality of the location in check.
