  What the hell happened to Chipotle? They used to be a good place for a higher level of fast food, now they’re a joke. The experience I had today was below the standards I would expect. My grilled steak burrito was a load of dry beef and full of chewy fat. Not even close to tender and juicy, just a mouth full of sand. And what is it with the chips? I get some chips and salsa, and the chips are so stale that they worked better as chewing gum. Then the service was the worst part. I have never been in a slower line in my life, but it doesn’t help that most the time there was only one employee making every order. The kitchen looked of chaos and it didn’t seem very organized. They were running out of items and didn’t appear very organized on how to handle it, which made the line go much slower. Overall worst experience I’ve had with Chipotle, hopefully they do better in the future.

  Compared to the other location in Bend, this one is by far the better option. The staff are much more welcoming and create a calmer, more enjoyable atmosphere. In contrast, the other location often feels loud and stressful. This location is consistently clean, well-organized, and professionally run. Another major difference is the portion sizes. At the other location, the portions have been underwhelming, while this location is consistently generous. As someone who values staying on track with nutrition and macro goals, I really appreciate the consistency and quality here. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location.

  Trash piled up! Employees taking forever to fill basic orders. Manager isn’t helping all she does is check food temps while the line goes out the door. All the food was empty and no cooks were in sight. It was so bad after waiting 15 mins in line we left.

  Once again it is proving impossible to get a normal portion by ordering online. Food doesn’t even come up to the edge of the bowl. Not $13 worth AT ALL. Shouldn’t have tipped. Store is gross and dirty. Not even sure if I even want to eat the food I just picked up. Go anywhere else.

  I don’t leave this review as a reflection directly on the employees—but corporate clearly needs to either hire more staff or step in here because every time I swing by the lobby is a disgusting disaster and they are out of menu staples. Things like this usually happen because corporate stretches things thin, so something clearly needs to change because this is the most convenient location to me but it’s been consistently disgusting and disappointing for a long while now.
