  Filthiest and most understaffed Chipotle in the country. I ordered on the app 30 minutes in advance, arrived to the store 10 minutes AFTER my scheduled time of 6:10pm and was told it would be another 20 minutes before my order was ready. I waited the 20 minutes and it still wasn’t ready so decided to leave. I got an alert on the app nearly 2.5 HOURS later at 8:37pm that my order was ready. It’s laughable. 😩🥴 the location should be shut down. Read all of the other reviews.

  Worst run restaurant of anything I’ve ever been to by a mile. Clearly, they need more people working. Paid $50 for food and literally waited an entire hour for my mobile order. I’m not exaggerating. There’s only 3 people working. It’s a complete mess in terms of cleanliness. When I finally got to the window, I waited 20 minutes because they ran out of food and they had to make an order that was waiting inside before me. I was told that the morning crew really screwed things up for the day I guess. Truly speechless.

  They forgot to put chicken in my bowl. It was covered in so much sour cream I couldn’t even see what what in bowl, so disgusting.

  I had a frustrating experience here tonight. On 7/28/26 after arriving around 10:30 PM, about 30 minutes before closing, I was told by the manager that the payment terminals weren't working, so they couldn't take my order. I said, "No problem, I'll just place an online order for pickup instead." As soon as I started placing the order on my phone,I believe that the manager disapears to the back for a while, and whaddya know, online ordering gets disabled for the store at 10:40. Before disappearing to the back (i suspect he used the computer to turn off online ordering)He had responded to my "ill place it for pickup online then" with something like "oh yeah theres that loophole". Loophole for what, you skimping on your job? He was also openly complaining about how long his shift had been and how ready he was to go home. It gave the impression that the store was intentionally refusing service before its posted closing time rather than dealing with an actual technical issue. If there was a legitimate system outage, that's understandable. But turning off online ordering immediately after I suggested it made the explanation difficult to believe. I understand long shifts are exhausting, and I genuinely appreciate how hard restaurant employees work. But customers should either be served until the posted closing time or be given an honest explanation if the store has to stop taking orders early. I'm leaving this review because I'd like to see this location better reflect the level of customer service people expect from Chipotle.
