  Worst chipotle I've been to... Don't waste your time and money going here. It's worth the drive over to the one on the north end of town. Half the time they can't roll a burrito to save their lives. Portions are very inconsistent. The people who actually know what they are doing just stay in the back or don't help anyone struggling on the line. They need new management stat.

  Horrible horrible horrible location. Would give zero stars if I could. Never have staff, always out of food and no prep for more is going on, store is dirty, and always an extremely long wait. Question I have for corporate or management is: why continue to take Uber and Door Dash orders when you can’t service your customers that are walking into your store. We will no longer be supporting this location or chipotle for a while till things change.

  5:45 PM. Aug 10th. Girl running the register handled cash MULTIPLE times then just went back to preparing food including wrapping burritos and never changed her gloves ONCE. I know that becauseI waited in person at the store for over 45 minutes for an order I placed online. This store is horrendously under staffed. Three girls running the entire store. No wonder they are forgetting basic safe food handling practices. They are NOT getting the support they need. Dirty dishes piling up, food all over the counter and floor. I tried to cancel my order multiple times because I didn't even want to eat at this place but I couldn't because it was ordered through Uber. I ordered well ahead of time, got there and there were still SIX orders before she hadn't even started. Just gross. Chipotle give your employees what they need to succeed before they get someone seriously sick.

  Worst service ever. Lazy workers. Everybody walks out to go deliver trash it's only 8:50 p.m. and they say they are closing they don't close till 11:00. This is why you guys have low ratings and I've only been here once. I put this order in an hour ago. This is ridiculous. And they want $20 an hour? Lazy overpriced staff

  I visit this Chipotle often, and one thing that always stands out is how incredibly hard the team works. This location gets extremely busy, and you can tell the employees are constantly moving to keep up with the rush while still trying to provide great service. Even when they're clearly juggling a lot, they continue to show up, work hard, and do their best for every guest. A special shout-out to the General Manager, Beatriz. Great leadership makes a huge difference, and it shows here. She's always visible, working alongside her team instead of standing on the sidelines. You can see her helping wherever she's needed—whether that's serving guests, preparing food, cleaning, or supporting her crew during the busiest parts of the day. She leads by example and treats both customers and employees with respect. Running a restaurant this busy isn't easy, but it's obvious the team cares and takes pride in what they do. They deserve recognition for the effort they put in every single day. If you're looking for a Chipotle where the staff genuinely works hard and is committed to improving every day, this is the location to visit. Thank you to Beatriz and the entire team for everything you do!
