  Was going to give it another chance but they didn’t show up to defend themselves! Okay I saw the bad reviews online and talked to family and friends and even they said it was bad. Dirty, over priced, and always out of ingredients. But when we got there at 3pm they just didn’t show up! No note, no notice, they were just closed without notice after driving 30min to get there. I don’t know what’s wrong but I would avoid this brand in the city for a few more months to let them figure things out.

  Corporate slop shop with incompetent employees. This location has costed me $100+ in the last month because of their incompetence with delivery orders. Every time I get an order 2 things happen 90% of the time. 1. THE STORE IS CLOSED AND THEY ARE TO INCOMPETENT TO TURN OFF THEIR ONLINE ORDERING. or 2. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND GIVE THE WRONG ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON. I'm never going here again after today's shenanigans. Came in for two orders. James C and Jessica B. Worker calls out "James" with no initial after. I walk up and they try to hand it to me. It's the wrong James. Then I ask about Jessica to find out they gave Jessica's order to someone picking up a different Jessica. So they were about to make the same mistake twice in a row and just because I'm intelligent enough to read I prevented it. You are keeping the orders behind the counter to prevent theft and error yet you are endlessly the ones making the errors. Spite you having the responsibility of verifying the name before handing it to a driver the employees refused to remake Jessica's order who had already missed her lunch break at work waiting for the order. I'm curious, if I placed an online order as a regular customer and came in to find you handed my order off to someone else would you also refuse to remake it? No accountability, lazy, slow and incompetent workers and management. Location needs to be shut down for good.

  I stopped by 9/27 during lunch only find for the store to be closed with no notice. I went the next day, for lunch. Come to find out they are only taking online orders until 1:30 and then I can order a burrito in line… as I sit in the restaurant signing up online, by 1:05 they open the line for service with no notice. Would have been nice to be asked to stand online again but no customer service, I had to figure out they open on my own. Not mention it was sloppiest burrito I’ve got from Chipotle. Get it together.

  They really just need to close this location at this point. I’ve been here several times and never left satisfied. They are always understaffed and it’s so sad to watch the stressed younger employees scrambling to serve a line out the door with no help. I’ve never had my bowl filled properly like other locations and it’s always half full. They are always out of several ingredients and I think I’ve only seen them have chicken ONCE. They also close randomly in the middle of the day and the hours are so unpredictable that I don’t even bother going anymore because they are most likely closed. Chipotle can you please just put your employees over profit or close this location down. Thanks.

  One star review because that was the lowest I could give. Chipotle being my favorite fast food restaurant, makes it such a shame that this location is the worst one I have ever been to. We had a few friends over and ordered several bowls through Door Dash, and quite literally EVERY single bowl of ours was dramatically wrong. The correct amount of bowls, but different meats, different toppings, no side of rice, this place is a joke. I have given them so many chances as I love Chipotle, but this was the final straw. I will drive to Redmond before I go here again.
