  When you refuse to take my order and force me to use the Kiosk because I am using a debit card, I will never be back. The drive thru and inside were not busy. No line at the counter. I want to pay a human to take my order not a computer. The food was mediocre for the price. Service as I stated above sucked.

  My daughter and I frequent the Burgerville restaurants in Portland, so we came in with high expectations. The dining area, although on the small side, is clean and bright. The ordering area is very well designed- easy to order from the cashier or from a kiosk. Our food arrived quickly and had cooked to perfection. My daughter says “the milkshake was really good and chocolatey.” (She ordered the chocolate milkshake, in case you’re wondering.) This Burgerville was exceptional and outstanding, and we are delighted that Bend now has a location.

  Friendly service but it is over priced for mediocre, somewhat greasy food. Wouldn't likely stop again.

  Burgerville Employees Erik and Jameson made our experience beyond amazing! They took care of us after having a terrible experience with doordash. I called them and they were able to remake my order and have it fresh for us upon our arrival to make up for doordash failing us. Our food was made with some much care! Thank you so much!!!! I appreciate your whole team for working hard and making our order happen for us and having such incredible attitudes about the whole situation. You definitely gained loyal customers! I unfortunately didn't take photos we were so hungry by the time we got our delicious food back to our place. Long story below about doordash issue This was my husband's first time having burgerville, I figured we would order it from doordash since it's about 7mins down the road from us and we had a long day. The quoted delivery arrival time wasn't very long. Unfortunately our doordash picked our order up and goofed off for well over 30mins, we got our order 42mins late. Our Milkshakes were melted and our food was cold. - Crystal L. (Had to use my sister's yelp I don't have one)
