  I love Burgerville in general. My first time to this location, went through the drive through yesterday 8/22/26. I ordered and was charged for 3 things, but only two made it into the bag that was handed to me. Didn’t have time go back by the time I realized the mistake.

  Look... I love Burgerville and have a severe local bias to it. I'm still mad the Anasazi Black Bean Burger is gone (BRING IT BACK!!!!) But these onion rings are... bliss (especially with the chipotle mayo). Instant day improver.

  I LOVE this place! Their service is out of this world & the food is always delicious. As a vegan- I always double check that my order is vegan- But I never have to do that here! And any time they mess up the sizing or make a small mistake, they fix it IMMEDIATELY. Most recently I ordered a Bliss Shake with whip cream and they forgot the whip cream- they immediately made me an entire replacement shake ! Incredible. Idk why this place doesn’t have 5 stars across the board. Thanks y’all!

  Glass in onion rings at Burgerville! We went to Burgerville for lunch today. We were super excited for the Walla Walla onion rings they have on special right now! We ordered a burger and two orders of the onion rings and a couple milkshakes. After biting into her second onion ring, my friend felt something hard, she thought it was just a crunchy hard piece of breading so she bit again but it hurt her teeth so she took it out and it was a piece of glass!! I had already ate a burger and a few onion rings myself at this point. We were already too far away to go back, so my friend called and spoke with the manager, Eric, to let him know what had happened. He told us, “That’s strange because there’s no glass in this area,” and said he would look into it. She left the conversation feeling that the seriousness of the situation wasn’t fully acknowledged, so we also contacted Burgerville’s corporate office to report what happened. We’re sharing this simply so others are aware and to encourage everyone to check their food carefully. Finding glass in your food is something you don’t expect 😬
