- DMDakota MSep 2, 20265.0I use the pick-up option more often than I'd like to admit, simply because it's fantastic! The team handling this service is truly outstanding. They're quick to prepare orders, attentive whenever I need to message them, and always seem to be at my vehicle right as I arrive. When it comes to produce and meat, they consistently select great quality items. My only concern is with the internal ratings I receive by email. While they're usually excellent, there were two instances where order timeliness received a low score, both involving the same employee who brought out my groceries. I want to clarify that this was in no way her fault. She was on break, and her scanner wasn't working properly at the time. It also didn't help that I arrived after my scheduled pick-up window. Honestly, I didn't mind waiting at all; even if it meant a 30-minute delay instead of the actual five minutes, I would have gladly waited so she could take her well deserved break. She remained kind and apologetic throughout, which I truly appreciated. My hope is that these metrics don't unfairly reflect on her performance when situations like this arise. If I were rating the experience myself, it would have been top marks across the board. This is a fantastic store with excellent products and an incredible team. Thank you for making my life so much easier!

- RRRobereAug 23, 20261.012:30 pm August 23, 2026 Manager (Michael) refused to sell item at posted sales price (Zero beverage) because I did not have my phone and the App with me. Apparently to proceed with a purchase of a sale item the customer must utilize the Albertsons App on a smart phone. What if I only had cash? No sale price I suspect.
