  Our food was soggy. We specifically asked for no cheese on our food and there was cheese all over THE DAIRY INTOLERANT PERSONS FOOD. We ordered the chalupa meal and only one chalupa. This is the worst experience with Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I literally can’t believe you can be ok with what you did to our food

  they close the dining area way too soon, the line wouldn't be wrapped around the entire building at night if they would leave it open.

  Fue la peor experiencia vivida la señora de pelo rojo me tatuó súper mal no tiene profesionalidad del mundo una falta de respeto en su totalidad me sacó de la fila y no me dio mi comida ojalá su Maneger lea esto y mi contacten para platicar sobre lo sucedido o la atención al cliente también me pueden llamar porque esto es una falta de respeto

  What the heck? My fries were stale. Very very hard and stale. My chalupa was also very hard and stale. And I found a hair in my taco.

  Despite the label on the bag clearly listing every item, something is missing almost every single time. This repeated lack of accuracy is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. When the order details are plainly provided on the label, there should be no reason for items to be consistently left out. After waiting 20 plus minutes in line.
