  Went to order at the kiosk here around 2am I understand it’s late but the lady working had a horrible attitude from the gate, was customer service not in the job description? I waited 20 minutes for my order which was not big at all. A man got his order and had no Sauce he then sat at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to get him some but no one came out(they wouldn’t check the front what’s so ever). When the women finally came out I asked about my order and it had been sitting there pretty much the whole time I was waiting, she had never called out my name. WhenI got home my food was very cold and there was also no sauce.

  Worst Taco Bell ever. Very dysfunctional. I made an online pickup order at 6:45 that was supposed to be ready at 6:59. It took till almost 7:30. The entire time I was waiting, I could hear the staff laughing and joking in the kitchen.

  Food is what you would expect, service is quick, it’s clean, the AC is cold, and the music is ok. I might be weird, but I actually like talking to other human beings so I don’t need or appreciate all the ordering kiosks. Especially when they have such a nice and pleasant guy running the counter. The “decor” is bizarre and plastic and it made me question if I wanted to go on living. A lot of things do these days so all good.

  This location has no drive thru and has automated ordering. Using the ordering kiosks is annoying and full of pushy up-sells. "Just add this to your order for $1.29. No? How about this other thing? No? Do you want to modify your order for an additional blah blah blah." Its kind of funny that after leaving my 1 star rating, Google then asked me to individually rate the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Its taco bell, its not great food. There was no service, as I didnt actually talk to anybody. The atmosphere is dreadful, its a white box with white tile behind the counter and grey floors.

  It looks like a doctors office with wait times to match. Have been here for over 30 minutes, maybe 4 orders have gone out since I’ve been here. At one point there were employees pretending to throw up in the back. Seriously needs an overhaul cosmetically and employee wise.
