The food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly keeps me coming back is the incredible service. Shout out to Mercedes, who consistently goes above and beyond, she is always so helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who brings such positive energy every single time, and she really makes each visit feel special. No matter how busy it gets, the service has never been anything short of excellent. I truly love coming to this location whenever I can, it’s one of those places you can always count on for a great experience and yummy food!

This time she made or order online with one of her cards, and I walked to Qudoba to pick it up. I told them my wife's name which was on the receipt. They then made me recite our order to the staff behind the counter. After verbally telling them what was in the bag which should have given them enough to know it is my order.. they are holding my food hostage. Now my wife is getting out of bed to come prove that this is in fact her food. Im incredibly disappointed this.
