  Manager on duty was rude and canceled my order while it was at my doorstep instead of helping me resolve my issue. Wasted my time and the delivery drivers time

  I've been a regular costumer here . Today I had a very bad experience at this location with store manager and her mean attitude. I had order at this place through my app many times and today I just redeemed my points. So I had almost 12 thousand points. And paid the rest on my card ! Arrived at the place and they said I owed money I said I already paid . And had my receipt on email . And she said maybe I didn't have enough money on my card that's why I still owe money . That upset me so much ! She said she doesn't work with the app just a computer and how is that my fault ? She doesn't know how work the app she said . She resolved the problem but her attitude was mean ! Not coming back to this location.

  I always been going there seen I ever start high school and they service been always nice and welcome and when I ask extra sauce on my pizza they do it! Which good some pizza places don’t but they do!! And workers are very nice as welcoming and they don’t gave no attitude and always smile face and pizza is always on time and I love their pizza 🍕 so thank you Pizza Hut!! For your hardworking

  Ana Rojas was Amazing! She treated us kindly and respectfully and made sure we were well taken care of ! She made us feel comfortable and was well aware of our order and drinks!! :)
