  Mama Rosa is exactly the customer service agents we need everywhere. Pay her a liveable wage!!! She would be the reason I would return, not the food , not the brand, but Her service alone would bring me back just to support her for her Job. Mama Rosa was quick, efficient, thorough, able to multitask and without skipping a beat took me back to when jobs had respect and dignity so their employees were happy, kind and quick on their feet with a smile and insured your order was taken, understood and delivered as it should be. We need more Mama Rosas!!!!!! Pay her a liveable wage Please!!

  McDonald's must be desperate for employees. If there was ever a restaurant that embodied workers that truly don't care about their job it's this one. Both employees at both drive thru windows looked at me like I was an alien for thanking them. Not a peep out of their mouths. The cook didn't care enough about quality of service to even wrap 1 of my chicken sandwiches. If I would have reached in the bag I'd have put my hand in the sandwich. I asked for light ice in my ice tea, as well as half and half. I got heavy ice, and no sweetener. 1 or 2 things wrong. That's typical of any McDonald's. But all of this in one order. I won't be going here anytime soon. I ask that maybe the supervisors train the employees to actually give a crap about any form of good customer service.

  Hell nah do not come her gng the mediums are exactly like smalls do NOT go here come to Burger King at least I paid 7 dollars just for that btw.

  I went to this location 3 times and it was dirty. The workers were rude not bringing our food to the table or atleast calling our number, they just put the tray on the counter and by the time we got our food it was cold. The fries were drowned in salt and the burgers seemed like the toss everything together so sloppy.
