  Owners need to step in here asap. The morning manager has no clue what he/she is doing.. Only one lane open in the drive through. Got there 10:15 to get breakfast. Only one car in front of me. They wanted lunch.. So what does management do? Let's them wait in there until lunch started. Then I get my chance to order as there are cars behind me and I can back out and go in. Its now 10:31. I asked for my breakfast burritos. Was told no. We dont have the available now.. You can only get lunch.... Only because you let those customers sit in my way. If you made them go around so it was 1030 when they order the people that made it for breakfast could have gotten it. Once I was able to talk to the manager he/she had no accountability for what they just caused and had no way to fix the problem at hand. Stood there with a stupid look on her/his face. Was like is this your order. It is buy i need you to do you job as a manager and do something to take care of your customer... Its not a hard concept to have. Not that the customers are always right, but you should do you best to make sure they are satisfied with your product.. John is your only good work this guy has it down. Would have made me my burritos if it was not for the manager on duty. Thats just a shame. John should be promoted today.

  Pésimo servicio, si vas por el drive thru te recomiendo revisar tu comida antes de irte , la manager tiene una pesima actitud y no tiene una placa con el nombre , pedí mi orden , le repetí la orden y muy enojada me dijo si ya esta la orden , al revisarla estaba mal me toco entrar y decirle que estaba mal y, si pudiera le pongo menos una estrella por su pésimo servicio, la bolsa se ve mal no estoy nada satisfecha no se si tenia mal dia pero andaba gritando , mas como manager es un muy mal ejemplo

  Nice and clean dining area. Team member greeted me and was ready to take my order. This location fills your drink for you, no self serve soda here. The food was hot and fresh, just how I ordered it too.

  It McDonald's so the food and atmosphere is pretty standard but I'm getting really fed up with this mcflurry nonsense. At least I got the right size drink and fries this time, but the ice cream was a different story. It cost $6+ depending on what you get/if you ordwr delivery or whatever but thats exorbitant for maybe 5oz of ice cream that might have a sprinkle of toppings mixed in. Most of the time they're not even mixed in! What's the point?? I'm livid to be honest because I wasn't able to drive this evening so I ordered a REGULAR sized mcflurry and got what looks like a mini in a regular cup. This isn't the first time this has happened either. They either need to knock the price down or bring back the plastic cups and long spoons so we can get the"products" we're paying for. This is robbery.
