  Typically I don’t have issues with this location, but today my husband went in to order some sandwiches and specifically told the lady working what Sandwich from their own menu we wanted, the turkey provolone with no oils add mayo. The lady assisting him made it seem as if doing her job was an inconvenience to her day. The sandwhich was flat with literally lettuce, mayo and a couple slices of turkey. We even tipped them despite her bad attitude. Disappointed, we tossed the receipt before we opened the sandwich thinking it would be fine like it usually is, but since we tossed that, they won’t offer a refund even though they can see the transaction in their system.

  I purchased a regular turkey tom with some veggies and cheese. For a sandwich that cost me $11and some change I got 2 slices of turkey a pinch of lettuce 4 pickles and 4 slices of cheese. Granted I did pay extra for the cheese but the sandwich alone is 10.99 what a waste of money. It was also so bland

  It’s been twice already that I’ve spent my lunch time waiting outside for my order and it never arrives I place my order 30 minutes before my lunch time and work 5 minutes away from the shop. I waste my time outside because the app says out for delivery. So disappointed because I love jimmy johns but I won’t be ordering from here anymore. If you want a sandwich order it an hour ahead so much for them being “freaky fast”

  Our sandwiches came out correctly and tasted fresh! The older gentleman taking our order wasn't friendly and it was a bit disheartening to see their sysco order of mayo sitting in the sun the entire visit.
