I accidentally spilled my drink and felt so bad but Tony was so so kind and helped me, even remade my drink! (Which was amazing!) And Bella was very friendly and helpful!

They ordered the same way as I did so why did they get their drinks before me? I got in line first and a couple of minutes later, the person behind me came in to order. And he got his smoothie before I did. Then the next person came in to order and they got their drink before me too. This is unacceptable. Isn't it first come first serve? I saw Ashlie make their drinks right after they ordered them. Then once they left, I finally got my item. Terrible customer service.

I came in first. He came in 2-3 mins after I did. He didn't order ahead and it wasn't an online order so why do I get my order AFTER him even though I ordered BEFORE him? The person who made my bowl was named Ashlie.
