  I'd give this place zero stars if I could. It used to be so great! I came here all the time but lately, I don't know what is going on with them. Every time I come in to order; they make the order of the person behind me first (even though they came in AFTER me and ordered AFTER me). This has happened 4-5 times already. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because things could get busy and they could get confused. But when it keeps happening REPEATEDLY to me - I'm left to think it's on purpose. The people behind me in line ordered the exact same way I did so I know it's not an online order or someone who has ordered ahead that's getting their items before mine. The employees have apologized to me but I don't see changed behavior so their word doesn't mean anything. Their apologies are lies and empty. I've taken my business elsewhere.

  I already left a long review on the website but wanted to also come here and recognize Tony and Bella. They are so friendly and kind! I accidentally spilled my drink and felt so bad but Tony was so so kind and helped me, even remade my drink! (Which was amazing!) And Bella was very friendly and helpful!

  I don't like how Ashlie made the orders of the TWO people that came in behind me in line before my order. They ordered the same way as I did so why did they get their drinks before me? I got in line first and a couple of minutes later, the person behind me came in to order. And he got his smoothie before I did. Then the next person came in to order and they got their drink before me too. This is unacceptable. Isn't it first come first serve? I saw Ashlie make their drinks right after they ordered them. Then once they left, I finally got my item. Terrible customer service.
