After 30 minutes of waiting for our order we were told it would be at least another 20 minutes before it would be ready. We cancelled our order and to their credit they apologized and refunded out order.

Fries are delicious and great value. Burgers are okay, but very, very expensive. About $10! Way too much. Shakes are great too.

I'm not thrilled anymore. I don't know if the things that changed are chain wide but my last visit wasn't great. I typically order in the app and then pick up. In the past fries were cooked when you walked in the door so they would be hot and fresh. Today my burger and fries were already bagged and sitting on a metal counter, waiting and getting cold. A small order of fries used to give a nice amount that was perfect for me. Today they barely filled the little bags they now use. For me, I'd rather a restaurant raised prices than reduced serving size. I do like the switch to little paper bags. The cups were paper but the bags contain less paper than the cups. They Freestyle soda machines, which I absolutely love. Unfortunately they removed my favorite and one of the reasons I go to Five Guys. Bye bye to caffeine free diet Coke. I'm seriously considering not going back even though they still make the best burger and fries.
