- DNDon Nordin2 days ago1.0On Wednesday July 8, 2026 I went to the Domino’s, 16155 Cornell Rd. Beaverton Location at 12:45 AM after a long day at work, I had been planning on grabbing a pizza for my dinner and relaxing after an 11 hr day. I frequent this location often and know the hours and rushed to be there as quickly as I could after I got off work. I respect the workers and didn’t want to make them stay late since I know their hours of operation. But tonight’s crew shut down very early and wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I knocked on the locked door. That’s super disrespectful and I hope the ownership group fires the entire crew. You only have one job to do and that’s customer service. Making pizza’s is a secondary function to doing your job. And if Lixioy or, Inc. doesn’t feel the same I will be spending my money elsewhere. And I hope management looks into this situation and checks the clock out times to see if the employees actually abused the time they started cleanup early. Included is the picture that I took of the closing times with the digital time stamp and location on it. I am getting a little tired of the lack of work ethic that’s growing in our culture. They didn’t close 2 or 5 minutes early, it was more than 15 minutes because when I got there they already had the mop and cleaning tools out and completely ignored even looking in my direction when I knocked on the door. If you are like me and expect more out a company you spend your hard earned money at I would recommend checking into the work ethic training of the parent corporation and their diligent effort to supply excellent customer service through the employees they hire and the training they do. I work late nights and knowing nothing is open late I take special care to plan my after work events and fully expect others to do the same or I will spend my money where I get good service. Lixioy or, Inc. might think it’s only a pizza but to me it’s a comfort food and a good feeling! You should respect my money and my patronage to Dominno’s for the last 30 years. You are not the only pizza in town. They tell me they havent done the order yet and will call me when completed. I sat for over 40 minutes. I asked again.... they still hadnt started the order. In the time they had about 4 pick ups and a family of 5 come in....order....eat....and leave. I am now at almost 90 min since ordering....i go up to the counter again. And they STILL havent started the order. I tell them I need a refund and they were more than happy to refund me instead of make my order. A manager came up to me, her name is "conan" apparently... i explained to her what happened and she could not have cared less. No attempt to make an apology. No asking anyone what went wrong.... not even an "im sorry". Just an attitude when I asked for a reciept showing the refund. She turned her back to me and walked away. Haven't had domino's in 15 years.... clearly thay was the correct move. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

Felt like I could just kick it there and skip the club 😎🔥 made me boogie a little lol You have to understand, this pizza is euphoric for me. My Grandma use to get it for us every Friday night. Maybe why I have problems with gluten...besides stress 😂 but...I am compulsed to eat it anyway bc its so delicious! The sauce, the cheese, melted to perfection 😋 I like adding spinach, chopped garlic and diced tomatoes now on my pepperoni 😍 and those damn parm bites are so yummy...especially when they get enough butter on there 🔥They always have chill and rad delivery driver's too 😎 upon delivery, they follow the instructions and take the time to know, Not to knock on the door 🙌😊keep up the great work guys!
