My order is always a burrito with white rice, no beans, chicken, a little sour cream, and lettuce. I put a little Tabasco on it sometimes. Nothing crazy on the stomach. Eating the same order at other Chiptoles does not result in violent diarrhea.

When we went up to ask them to fix the burrito, they said it was "half-eaten at this point," so they wouldn't remake it. He had taken ONE BITE. They finally agreed to remake it "this one time." 🙄 Horrible customer service. Seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. 😕

Also I asked for Pico de gayo which I love it in my bowl they said we’re out of Pico de gayo.. Don’t know how a place like that with so many people in the kitchen cannot provide a small dish of anion and tomato ! And yes I was free to say I don’t want that bowl anymore , but the same time I was embarrassed to say it.. Well, last time in Chipotle..

Once happy employees are treated awful by customers and management and have just given up on life. And the food, once AMAZING is now meh at best. It's sad 😔 and now Chipotle, once a beacon of delicious hope and love... is literally ANTI-inspiring and you leave feeling bitter and old. Ugh.
