- EWEmily Woods2 days ago4.0It was alright, I think the guy originally helping us was new and I would have much rather had him help us since we do not go there that often to know exactly what we want. The girl who took over kind of gave me anxiety with how rushed she made us. She snatched the bowl from the guy helping us at first because he was not fast enough for her liking and she does not have patience to be helping train him properly. But honestly being rushed was a worse experience than going a little slower. Help the new guy thrive, do not make him feel incompetent because a couple people walked in. She also was not listening very well probably because she was anticipating a response rather than actively listening.

Went in today and I asked for queso the worker took my bowl into the back and came back with queso on it, my boyfriend ordered after me with a new worker and he asked for queso and the worker says “we don’t have queso”…. Wish they would hire people with a little more intelligence or work ethic, or hold your employees accountable for not keeping the location clean and stocked.. it’s literally their job, working at chipotle can’t be that hard.

This has happened many times. Chipotle experiences are generally bad, but I feel that this location persistently fails to even meet the low expectations I already have.

My order is always a burrito with white rice, no beans, chicken, a little sour cream, and lettuce. I put a little Tabasco on it sometimes. Nothing crazy on the stomach. Eating the same order at other Chiptoles does not result in violent diarrhea.
