  So, I go in at 6:00pm and theyre out of barbacoa and stake but their closing time is at 11pm? They had enough stake for 2 tacos for my child tell me why that was spicy?? I specifically went for guac and chips (I payed for it) and I also ordered a soda they didn't give my soda I went back for it, I come home open the bag no guac! You had 4 employees standing around the register looking down to the 2 guys on the line while they did nothing. One guy making the food made me wait until they were charging my sister(she payed/order first) and THEN he grabbed my order. You had 1 girl in the grill and a guy just standing looking lost all the way back not doing anything and the line all the way to the door? I dont often go to chipotle but man what a disappointment. Oh and then all the sudden they had Barbacoa for my burrito and that was spicy too!!!!!!!!! We only ended up eating chips and i spent 45 bucks

  Every single time I come to this Chipotle the vibe is just off. The employees always seem like they’re mad to be there and the customer service is honestly terrible. One time my boyfriend asked for his burrito to be double wrapped, literally the same way every other Chipotle we’ve been to does it with no problem. Instead, the employee stacked both tortillas on top of each other, so of course the burrito exploded when she tried to wrap it. She ended up having to use a third tortilla because she did it wrong. We’ve seen her working there multiple times, so it’s not like she was brand new. I get everyone has bad days, but this isn’t a one-time thing. Every visit is the same experience. Management seriously needs to do something because this location is consistently disappointing compared to every other Chipotle I’ve been to.

  This is the closest chipotle to me and I feel like every time I come in my experience gets worse and worse. The portion sizes are so off just because you are running out of the food you are selling. Then I have to pay for extra meat just because I got little to no meat. Also I felt super rushed so I couldn’t ask for even guacamole at the end. I choose where I spend my money wisely these days and I just ended up regretting going the second my bowl was starting to get made.

  I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit because it was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is because Chipotle has always been known for generous portions and consistent quality. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. I ordered my regular bowl through an online order, it was awful i had selected extra for The portion. Sadly what I received was incredibly small. I ordered the same meal I normally get, but it looked like it had barely half the amount of food that I’m used to receiving. There was very little rice, the protein portion was noticeably undersized, and the overall bowl looked almost empty. I understand that employees have portion guidelines to follow, but this went well beyond that. For the price of the meal, I expected something much more filling. Instead, I left feeling like I had paid full price for what looked like a kid sized portion. To make matters worse, the bag of chips I received was almost entirely crushed. When I opened it, there were barely any whole chips left. Most of it was just tiny broken pieces and crumbs. Chips are supposed to be something you can actually scoop with, but these were practically unusable. Whether they were crushed before they were bagged or handled roughly afterward, they definitely should not have been served to a customer in that condition. Overall, this experience was frustrating because Chipotle usually has much higher standards. Between the extremely small portion and the crushed chips, it felt like there was very little attention paid to the quality of the order. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and shared with the restaurant so they can improve consistency and pay closer attention to portion sizes and food quality. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle and would like to continue coming back, but experiences like this make it difficult to justify the cost. I would appreciate it if you could help make this right. This was by far the most disappointing and worst chipotle i’ve ever been too and won’t be coming back if something doesn’t change.
