- SSSaeSep 27, 20261.0After correcting my pickup order 2x it was still wrong when I got home. Requested refund in the app for the wrong item, thank god it refunded I did not want to have to drive back. My family is no longer eating at Chipotle from now on.

When I initially walked in, there were maybe 9 or 10 people working behind the counter so I thought “yay things will go faster than normal” because there were 4 or 5 people in front of me. WRONG! ONE singular girl was working the line while so many people were working behind and around here, 2 at the TAKE OUT station. When the girl took my order and she rang me up, there was an issue with my rewards so it took an extra minute. Meanwhile there is a line of 10 probably more people standing waiting to order (including my partner). There was a person walking around acting like the manager telling everyone what to do. ONE OF THE TASKS was asking the ONLY PERSON ON THE LINE to go clean the lobby. I am standing there with my mouth OPEN and looking at the line grow longer and the girl walk off to the lobby and the manager took his SWEET TIME wiping everything, restocking everything and then FINALLY put his gloves on to take my partners order. I was about to say something, which I never do. Anyways, that was my experience. The food was good though so good for the chefs in the back, you rock.

I get that it was getting close to closing, but the team was completely checked out—talking, complaining, and ignoring customers. Stood at the cash register waiting to pay for far longer than makes sense. Late shift or not, customers shouldn't be ignored.
