  Management needs to be changed. Have been using this location for many years commonly there is only one person running the line and cash register. VERY SLOW process. At the same time there are numerous employees roaming in the back. Rarely if ever are new customers acknowledged with a " Welcome" to Chipotle unlike the store over by Washington Square Mall. Food is normally good with reasonable portions although not uncommon to be out of different proteins and sodas.

  It was a hot day today (85 degrees). When we stepped inside the Chipotle it felt slightly warmer than the outside air. The line was long so we had to wait in the hot, humid air and over time we started feeling overheated. We were only inside for 45 minutes maximum. The whole time I was thinking about how the employees felt; they must work with hot food in this environment for hours. The AC should be adjusted so that workers can work comfortable and so patrons don't have to wait in this heat nor think about how it would feel to be forced to work in it. Thank you.

  Workers could not fold burritos, the contents of the burrito fell out onto metal board and grabbed it with his hands and through it onto the burrito. Workers glasses fell into burrito, and didn’t remake it, just continued to try to fold it.

  This review is specific to what happened today, because I generally like Chipotle, but think something is failing at this location. This has never been my favorite location, and the only reason I have been going here is due it being the only one nearby. This afternoon, the wait was particularly long (they looked short staffed) and there was no real greeting. They were out of black beans AND fajita vegetables. I had to order steak because it didn't look like there was enough chicken for a bowl. The place was filthy. The girl putting my bowl together removed the paper bowl from the foil top, set my bowl down on the dirty counter and then proceeded to put it back into the foil lid, which is what touches the food I'm going to eat. And on top of all that, the bowl with the barbacoa soaked oil thru the bowl and leaked in my car. Needless to say I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

  Usually, the food is great, but tonight, the white rice was crunchy and not cooked thoroughly , and therefore not edible. I had to toss out most of it. I am disappointed and hope that this is looked into. Please make sure that the rice in future is cooked properly. Lisa 4/22/26 at about 8:20 pm.
