  Nice staff and decent quick service for a burgerville. It's Walla Walla sweet onion ring season, so make sure and get some. Clean and well kept and tasty.

  Unfortunately the sweet onion burger I just got did not have all the toppings I requested like added lettuce tomato and extra cheese and the burger was lukewarm and completely overcooked and dry. It seems like it had been sitting on the grill or under a heat lamp for 20 or 30 minutes, not good. I'm not even sure I got the grass-fed beef as mediocre as the meat was. When I tried to call nobody picks up so there is no way to rectify the issues. I rarely write reviews but I am incredibly disappointed for the price of more than $15 for just the burger I could have gone somewhere else and gotten something at least edible. I didn't even finish it. If this is the standard things have gone way downhill.

  I stopped the other day to have something to eat while I’m finishing errands, I waited 25 mins without even anyone checking on me why i am sitting in the dining room without any food 😩😩😭😭 i went up to the counter with my receipt 🧾 asking where’s my order 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️ to my shock 😮 they don’t even know anything about it. They act so stupid to the extent I ask for my money back so i can leave. Wasted my time and left hungry. Absolutely don’t recommend it especially relative to the price they charge.

  Inflation is getting out of control. Burgerville is a shell of what it used to be.

  After years of declining food quality and steadily increasing prices, my entire family has unfortunately written off Burgerville. It’s especially disappointing because I genuinely miss the Burgerville I grew up with. The food used to be consistently great, and it felt like a local place worth supporting. What frustrates me most is that customers are being asked to help bridge the gap in employee compensation through tipping, while many are already being priced out by the cost of the food itself. At the same time, the quality and consistency simply don’t justify the prices being charged. The only items I still feel confident purchasing are the ice cream products. Instead of focusing on squeezing more money from customers, I’d rather see Burgerville invest in fair employee wages, stronger quality control, and consistent cleanliness standards across all locations. When customers are paying premium prices, they should be able to expect a premium experience every visit. It’s sad to see what Burgerville has become because many of us remember how great it once was.
