- BBBaylee BeckerMay 8, 20261.0June (the owner) is by FAR the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. I went in today to pick up a Mother’s Day cake, and the writing looked like a child wrote it. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but the girl at the front could tell I was unhappy, so she said she could see what she could do. The owner comes up to the front immediately yelling! Asking what is wrong with it, stating that it looks perfect, and that everybody loves her writing. She literally wouldn’t let me get a word in. I didn’t want the fight so I tried to take the cake and leave- and she held onto it and insisted I tell her what was wrong! I told her it looked sloppy, but that I would just take it because it wasn’t worth the hassle of dealing with her. She then looked over at this poor girl working the front, and asked her if she thought the writing looked bad! I felt so bad for this girl! She looked terrified, but ultimately agreed that it didn’t look like what was advertised- June scoffed at her and insisted that everybody loves her writing!! She then took out her phone to take a picture of the cake and “ask other people” because apparently nobody has ever thought her writing was anything but perfect. Clearly this is not a one-time occurrence, considering the girl at the front was continuously apologizing on Junes behalf. I feel way worse for her! I hope she finds a new job soon because June seems like a NIGHTMARE to work with everyday. Overall this was a comically terrible experience. Pictures attached of what was ordered vs what I got.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
