  Was at your location at 9:54 June 20. The chicken strip we ordered looked overdone, but they insisted that's what they are supposed to he. We could not eat them which nearly caused a diabetes incident. 22$ spent down the tube and I am mad as heck You have lost a patron. That has been eating arbys since they were 5 for five. No excuse for how we were treated or the incident when I could not eat the food. We tried to tell them they were overcooked and got snotty attitude instead.

  They served me very badly, I was asking some things and the cashier turned her back on me. The food was edible but not delicious, the chicken was burnt and the hamburger came with the melted zero cheese and apart from that the smell of the place was very bad, it was not just the smell of food it was the smell of something else that was very unpleasant
