This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have visited across the US. We stopped by on our way thru and I should have known it was going to be bad based on customers and door dashers standing there with messed up orders.
Our orders were pretty simple.
Luxe box with the beefy 5 layer burrito grilled. They didn't grill it!! And no sour cream.
Order #2 was the same thing with sour cream added to the taco which we were charged extra for but didn't get it! We paid extra to get the blue raspberry freeze and they hand us a fountain drink cup and then acted like it was a big burden for us to get what was ordered.
Judging by my experience and ither reviews, this place needs some serious management oversight.

Tortillas weren’t cooked or heated at all. Instead of soft tacos, I was given a salad inside of a raw tortilla with a garnish of cold taco meat. Practically none of my other items seemed cooked or even warmed up. Just absolutely disgusting. However, the workers seemed friendly for it being almost 2am so that’s the only reason this place even gets a star.

No option to remove lettuce for this location at all? Not to mention in the 4 hours I was here for food and wifi while I-84 was closed on 6/24, the staff did not come out to the lobby to clean once. Trashcans overflowing, floor unswept, tables not wiped or cleared at all. I understand it is customers that must clear their tables, but definitely not wipe. Every table was sticky. They forgot the beans on my taco, got the wrong sized drink, and didnt get the baja freeze initially til it was corrected. When no one was ordering, it was completely silent in the back like no one was even home. The food was good for what we did get, but these workers just do not care except for the one shorter gal wearing the beanie. She got our freeze and corrected our food and made sure there was no lettuce on the tacos we didnt want it on. She obviously cares and I hope her management acknowledges that

I can put up with the usual wrong order...and the long wait times. Unfortunately today we were yelled at and cussed out for simply wanting to order. Lazy and rude employees seems to be the normal here. This taco bell is a really bad representation of a normal one.

Okay, third time is the charm. I have tried and tried and tried again and now I am here to leave a review. Im appalled at the customer service. I waited in the drivethru for over 30 minutes, I had to say "hello" to the machine to get anyone to respond. Continue waiting... Then 20 minutes in I finally get to order. She tells me they dont have shredded beef. I tried not to get irritated and said "that would have been nice to know 20 minutes ago so I had time to pick something else" she said "sorry" and went silent again. I finally ordered, get to the window. Asked for my receipt and didnt get it, had to ask again. Meanwhile the girl with black hair and a beanie, stands in the window with her back to me, texting. Ignoring the window. A much friendlier gentlemen came to hand me my food, it was the wrong order. But he atleast apologized and talked to me like a person. Were now 40 minutes into this drivethru experience after i worked a 13 hour day and I dont think I will be coming back here again. I would rather drive to lagrande next time.
