- BRBenjamin Rynearson3 days ago1.0My fiance placed an order for her and I via her McDonald's app and we were going through the drive thru. I had also decided to use some points on my app to get some fries. We have them both codes at the speaker. They informed us we could only do one mobile order through the drive thru. We told them we were sorry but we didn't know and had already placed two orders, one being for free fries. We pulled up to the window and we said to the young woman we were sorry but we would know for next time, the young woman said "oh no problem" . She gave us the original order and said the fries were coming. All of a sudden someone knocked hard on our passenger window, we were dumfounded that it was a police officer? We rolled the window down, he told us to pull out of the drive-thru and he directed us to a parking spot. Again we were double checking dumfounded to learn that the manager woman called the police because of our two orders!? I asked my fiance if I was having a dream or a nightmare! I could not believe they called the police over a free fry!? More so I could not believe that the police would respond to something so stupid!! We were actually detained, he ran our info and threatened to trespass us! There was no argument, no fight over anything, we had been apologieric. I don't understand how this happened? It's completely beyond ridiculous and appalling! I will never return to this unbelievably stupid McDonald's ever again!!
- VRVictor RodriguezMay 1, 20262.0Everybody was very nice but the workers were disheveled and clothes was filthy. Just not up to standard. One look at their kitchen and it looked the same. Just dirty didn’t look like they cared about keeping it clean. Food was not bad, some of it was cold. Probably need a good manager to whip this place into shape.
