Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and completely ruined the experience. Customer service should be much better than this. Very disappointing.

Hes like the only person infront handling busy registers and self check out and he is handling a stressful situation with so much grace. Hes quick on his feet, polite, and humorous. I resonded to safeway as they asked me to share more details and they ignored me, just showing they act like they care but are just too corporate and big money to really care about just one individual disabled person that gets wrongfully trespassed from their store. Again i asked for a price check and the manager decided instead of checking the ad sign to just deny any ad. Then after confirming the price i thought i could just get it rung up properly if i showed a picture of the ad in the store just 100 feet away. They refused to ring it up the right way and just gave me back a smaller incorrect refund. When asking to get it rung up right i was trespassed forever. After many calls to corporate over months i got NW division to answer and they made the oregon division manager call me and at first he was implying i must have deserved it and its been too long since they trespassed me so nothing he can do, but it took that long to get someone to call me back. I could ask the store manager after a year if i could return because he made it sound like that was Safeway policy.
