The beef bulgogi nachos are simply amazing! If you're okay with spicy kimchi, these are the best nachos we've ever had! And the leftovers are great for breakfast with fried eggs on top. 😋

Amazing staff and the food will not dissapoint on a date night or a family dinner out on the town. The fish tacos with pineapple pico de gaillo is one of many favorites from the menu! We have a sweet Aussie who loves the dog friendly patio. And...the music.. perfect volume...awesome playlist...Pearl Jam to Lumineers...we love this place!

We had Pizza (the Beast I believe) and Harvest salad. Our waiter was personable and actually told us of a National park we hadn't heard of that we are now stopping to see. The restaurant was bigger than it seemed and had bar seating, dining seats and outdoor seating.

Sad to write this review - Noble Fox has worked hard to follow in the shoes of Standing Stone, which previously occupied the venue. We went in for dinner during our annual visit to Ashland, and it was a mediocre enough experience that it’ll probably be our last. Most upsetting: they no longer make/sell their own beer. According to our waiter, that started about three weeks ago. The end of the brewery phase takes away one of the major draws for visiting - one of the best ways they had differentiated themselves from the previous establishment, good and distinct beers. In addition, both of our meals (salads/bowls) came with multiple ingredients missing. Unlike the beer, the food has been a downgrade from Standing Stone, and just seems to keep going downhill. Finally, service tried but was very stretched, forgetful, and hearing staff talking bad about other customers in the world’s worst stage whisper…I get the need to vent, and customers can be assholes, but was just the cherry on the top of the whole experience. Hopefully they update their website soon to be clear they are no longer a brewery, just an average pub. Would love them to find a way to step up, but after yesterday I’m not optimistic.

Came in for dinner on a Saturday night around 5:15 PM. Sat at the bar hoping it would speed things up, but service ended up being painfully slow, even at the bar, since the bartenders are also responsible for running food and drinks to all the tables in the bar area (and then service bar too). Two bartenders covering that entire area during a Saturday rush is a lot to ask. What surprised us most was that we assumed 5:15 would be a quiet, slow time to eat, but it turned out to be the busiest and most slammed part of the night. The food took over 40 minutes to come out. The food itself was pretty good, not exceptional but good. We enjoyed the bistro burger (they don’t cook to temperature- all burgers are medium well to well done, be warned), ordered with the hot honey tater tots, and their blue cheese bacon bits salad was delish, highly recommend. Their local wines by the glass were a great touch too. The staff were genuinely friendly and made for a great experience overall. My only critique is that they need better support from the host stand, manager(s) and better staff support generally…seating tables more evenly instead of quadruple seating everyone at once, which is what created the bottleneck in the first place.
