  Don't place a piece of paper in the window saying you're going to the bathroom and that you'll be right back. No one wants to think about that while they wait for a sandwich outside of your establishment. Also, compared to the other subway in ashland you're overcharging and it's really frustrating. I keep on tipping your employees hoping to get better customer service but the store just keeps getting worse.

  The Subway location here in Ashland is an okay place to eat. They make the sandwiches to order, and the employees are competent. They did have a strange policy about not having napkins set out on the tables though. When I asked about this, the employee who answered said that people would take all the napkins if left out.. In any case, the food was good and I've been back a few times. If you're in this part of Ashland, and need a bite to eat, check them out!

  I guess people generally feel compelled to write a review only when they've had their consumer rights infringed, but I'm here to tell you a different story. I go to this subway two to three times a week with a friend and get their $3 breakfast combo. I put barely anything on my sandwich, but my friend loves his veggies and they always pile them on - only time I heard him complain was when there was too much. This is also the only subway where they consistently remember to heat the eggs before it gets toasted. I am always helped in a timely fashion and true, most times the staff seems rather indifferent, but so am I. I don't come here to chat with the workers about the weather, I just want my sandwich so I can be on my way. And I am never disappointed.
