This is a really unique and cool restaurant. It’s sort of a buffet style restaurant. You essentially build yourself a meal with a variety of food and ingredients like curry, chicken, rice, beans, bread, vegetables, soup and more. There’s a lot of GF, DF, and vegan options as well. Everything I’ve eaten tastes pretty good. It’s really flexible with various people diets since you can control how much protein, carbs, and vegetables you put in the food. I would also say it’s pretty reasonably priced since I had a bowl with a fair bit of food for only $14(it’s based on weight) Some people are complaining about the containers they store the food in. It is such a stupid complaint, especially if it’s about the micro plastics and metals. Nearly every kitchen I have ever seen and been in uses those containers. They’re usually just hidden from the consumer. It might not be the best looking, but considering everything else this place has to offer it’s such a dumb thing to write a bad review over.

When this place was Sauce, it was a favorite spot with the rare option of organic, delicious and healthy options. Now suddenly, its a horrible smelling buffet with food steaming in plastic lids//aluminum containers and a lack of proper ventilation. My friend and I walked out because it was so dissapointing and unappetizing. Hopefully the new owners consider returning to the original format. I dont usually leave negative reviews but this was too sad :(

Ok. Where do I start. Sauce was a great restaurant. The way these new owners gutted the original concept and tossed everything on scrappy tables like we are at a work pizza party is gross. All the food in the same room with plastic lids in junky containers, all the smells mixing together smelling akin to a hospital dining hall, everything laid out the way you'd see a subway sandwich making line setup is downright disrespectful. Who bought this place? What's going on?

For people looking for good food with wholesome ingredients that's organic and seed oil free this is the place. Prices are really good to. Their bone broth is insanely good.
