    vibes were not good, drinks were made wrong and they just added blue raspberry to our already made rebels and they lowk js don’t taste good, the service thing omg took about a billion years to load our rewards and i think maybe js offer a guest wifi for that but not that deep the aura js felt sinister there

    I usually love this location but today the two staff were really slow and made no attempt to connect when I pulled up. They made my drink but left most of the flavor at the bottom of the mixing cup. When I mentioned that I saw most of the flavor syrup still in the clear mixer she just said "I promise I mixed it" even though I watched her pour in milk and not stir. I paid for really high priced cup of barely flavored milk. Arg.

    I pull up mostly before dawn, and the guys the work in the morning always have a smile and something good to say. They've figured out you dont have to be a morning person to give great service. The drinks are also very consistent, even throughout the different staff members in the day, I can be confident in getting the same drink, the same way.

    Usually the service here is really good, but lately there’s been someone at the window who hasn’t been very friendly. Last time my drinks weren’t made the way I ordered them, and the interaction just felt uncomfortable, like I was asking for too much by mentioning it. Just not a very pleasant experience compared to how it normally is.
