    Why on earth is this classified as a grocery store in Google Maps? Definitely sloppy as is many other non-grocery businesses like a local soap shop and tons of gas stations.

    Drinks have consistently been incorrect even though they are a menu item. The evening staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to remake a drink if incorrect. Happened twice at this location now.

    I used to absolutely love this Dutch Bros location- it was hands-down my favorite. The team that worked here before made such a difference. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and they always got my drinks exactly right no matter what I ordered. They could really turn my whole day around! Unfortunately, sometime toward the end of last year, everything seemed to change. The staff is now completely different- there doesn’t seem to be a consistent crew, and the overall experience has gone downhill. Drinks are often made incorrectly, even simple ones. Something like an Italian soda with cream or a double-blended drink shouldn’t be complicated, but lately they come out wrong or with huge chunks of ice that make them hard to even drink. I feel like I have to keep dumbing down my orders to try to make it as easy as possible but it doesn’t matter. On top of that, the service has become noticeably slow, SO SLOW- and the friendly, upbeat energy that used to define this location just isn’t there anymore- they just don’t care. It’s really disappointing because this used to be such a great spot. I haven’t had a good experience since the whole staff change. I miss Kevin and that whole crew.
