- AWAlan WilsonMay 12, 20261.0I had a repeat experience of ordering through app extra protein and smash avocados and did not get the extra protein and extras that I paid for. I waited at the drive thru window for a while to no one acknowledging me so I had to park and go in. I asked the workers if anyone was working the window and the guy said “oh, I don’t have my headset on”’ It looked unmanaged with no management around. Probably why they could do whatever they want. I shared my experience with subway.com as I was very disappointed to no response from anyone. This is how you run a business to the ground. No one seems to care.

I feel bad for the employee as it seems he’s the only one there. But they need to hire more people or adjust their online system when they’re short staffed. It shouldn’t take an hr to get my food I’ve paid for.

- KBKimberly BrownApr 15, 20261.0Ordered online a footlong turkey sandwich. Got maybe 4 very thin slices of meat. No lettece uncut green peppers. Bread was hard like it was sitting out for awhile. Took it apart at home cut up the peppers and put my own meat on. So disappointed I gave subway a try after last bad service and this is what I get. Again not going back for awhile.
