  I used to be able to order my drinks with the cup filled with ice. Lately, I'm told every time I come now (which is very often), that I can only have the automated amount of ice now, and that this decision comes directly from the owner. I can't believe an owner, would dictate such a lack of customer service, and risk losing customers, as you have just now with me, and clearly must not care at all about losing others as well... over adding additional ice to a customer's cup. This says a lot about how little you actually care about providing good customer service.

  Wanted to ask for extra sauce and pay for it as they shut window in my face. Then she proceeded to go on her phone. Then l get order and am missing My 10 piece chicken nuggets. Place is run by kid I just want my money back.

  Is it impossible to have doordash orders done on time? Every mcdonalds there's a wait. And this is fast food right? I can go to most restaurants with real food and no wait..but mcdonalds, theres a wait and nobody upfront to help.

  Fries are never full regardless of what size you purchase. And I can never seem to get HOT Nuggets! Ever!! Frustrating! The fountain drinks are 💯.

  I wanted to leave this review for Corporate but can't find where to do that. Manager, please pass it on. I tried the new Big Arch today (diff location, but didn't want to edit an existing review to do this review) What a mistake that was. $9.50 is a very high price for the greasy concoction this was. From what I read, they're all served like that at all locations (Iread commentson theircorp Facebookpage). The patties fell apart, the cheese melted all over, the entire thing was floating in grease. It was tasteless. After 7 hours, my stomach started to revolt. I have completely lost my appetite, just thinking of that atrocious excuse for a burger. I eat at Mc D's 3x/week 😋 and so spend quite a bit of $ there. I'm sorry to have fallen for this . What I should've done is come back in and returned it. I wasn't thinking, probably too much in shock 😅 😉 Anyhow, this particular restaurant on Farmington is great! Staff awesome and they cook their food as directed by Corporate. The Big Arch wasn't one of their better creations 🙄 zero stars out of a 10
