Fast and delicious? Absolutely. But what truly sets us apart is the pride we take in our Pacific Northwest roots—since 1961. More than 75% of our menu is sourced within 400 miles, because supporting local farms and businesses matters. Every bite helps strengthen our community and economy. After all, local just tastes better!
I would like to give a personalized review to a specific employee at the Aloha, Oregon location: Sahan aka "Pepe."
After a wonderful week in Washington, as NJ natives - our final day of our trip endured major hiccups. The last desire that we had on our PNW adventure was to indulge in a gourmet burger from nevertheless, Burgerville. While on our journey from Cannon Beach to Portland, we were stuck in 3 hr gridlock traffic. All we wanted was a scrumptious burger; & thick & creamy shake.
Nervous that we would miss our window for a 5-star meal, we got in contact with a Burgerville representative: Sahan. I can't say enough great things about this gentleman.
Upon arrival, the doors were locked & Sahan assured us that we were good to proceed through the drive thru. While conversing through the ordering speaker, Sahan went above & beyond to make our experience & the remainder of our treacherous day joyful & fun.
Thank you Sahan. This man deserves a promotion :)

The food is rather good. That being said, I did have an issue with my food (got a crispy chicken instead of a grilled chicken with a Gluten-free bun). When I contacted them about the issue, they offered me a refund or to remake it for that day or when I'm able to come in. I asked them to remake it when I come in next.
I came back in a week later and they remade it. Very good customer service.
The decor however is a bit older, but it still works to this day. It's less avant-garde corporate and more classic.

Poor packaging. Greasy paper bags and no bags for multiple drinks.
Even McDonalds has their packaging down tight.

Their vegan burgers, dairy free milkshakes and seasonal items - especially their onion rings - are my favorite and will keep me coming back. They get busy but their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend.
