Last night was the experience that finally lost my family and I’s service. I was placing my order and I ordered one things before the employee taking my order then asked, “Is that going to be everything?” I wanted to add one more item to that order and place a separate order. She said okay and everything seemed fine up until someone with me began saying that he wanted a burrito and one other item, but before we could finish, the employee interrupted us and spoke to us with an attitude, telling us something along the lines of, “If you would like to slow down”
I asked to speak with her manager because of the way she was speaking to us. Instead of the situation being de-escalated, as I wanted to let her know I understand that she may have had a long night, but that’s not how we talked to customers in this industry. The people in my backseat began speaking over me about how poor her customer service was , and I was unable to even finish placing my order before she began to yell over the headset.
The manager on duty offered to give me my food for free. However, after the way the interaction had gone, I told them that I did not want the food anymore. At that point, I was uncomfortable accepting food from the restaurant because I no longer felt confident about the situation or how my order would be handled. It didn’t get eaten because of the uncomfortably I had with the establishment tonight. I wanted to share what had just occurred and he just wanted to give me free food.
What bothers me most is that I work in food service myself in fact, I am a manager so I understand that employees deal with difficult customers. I have personally dealt with multiple customers screaming at me, cussing at me, and being extremely disrespectful, and I still make an effort not to treat the next customer poorly because of someone else’s behavior. Customers should be able to ask questions, add items to their order, and communicate with the employee taking their order without being met with an attitude or being made to feel like they’re an inconvenience. If there was an issue with us ordering too quickly or confusion about the order, it could have easily been handled professionally by simply asking us to repeat ourselves. I am not looking for anyone to be unfairly punished, but I do believe there needs to be accountability and additional coaching on customer service and de-escalation.
Every time I come to this location, the food is disappointing and the customer service is consistently rude. I will be sharing this experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the experience was completely unnecessary and could have been handled very differently by both the manager and the employee around 12-1AM. Friday. Sometimes a customer just wants to be heard. Thank you for your time.

So disappointed in Taco Bell these days. Overpriced, minimal servings, everyone seems like they hate working there. I keep trying it every once in a while hoping for the good old days, but I get sadder and sadder every time. The only thing the same is the items taste about the same, but they’re 1/3 the size and 3 times the price. The picture of my bean and rice burrito doesn’t even do justice to how small it was… about 4 bites. Hope they get it together before they fold like everyone else.

Me and my fiance come here and every time somehow our order gets messed up. We ordered 2 LG drinks and the icecream tacos. got 1 LG and 1 reg then no icecream tacos. It was also a 30 minute wait with only 3 cars infront of us and 1 behind at 8:30 at night (not an unreasonable time whatsoever) and the last time we ordered we waited almost an hour and our food was soggy?

Unfortunately, my experience at this Taco Bell has been pretty disappointing. The drive-thru is extremely slow, and it seems like you’re waiting forever just to get your order. The employees also aren’t very friendly or welcoming, with the exception of one guy who is always polite and seems like he actually cares about providing good customer service.
What makes the long wait even more frustrating is that after finally getting your food, they often forget items from the order. It’s really frustrating to wait that long, only to get home and realize that you’re missing food that you already paid for.
I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the combination of the extremely long wait times, unfriendly customer service, and missing items needs to be addressed. Hopefully management can work on improving both the speed and accuracy of orders and creating a better experience for customers.

Stood at the counter for like 5 minutes and no one came to help us. There was another gentleman there that was irritated with the wait as well. We ended up walking out cause apparently they didn't want our business.
