  This will be our last time going to this location. The customer service is always horrible, they park you and make you wait for 20 min for a small order, and then they forget half your food. They seem more interested in cutting their drive thru times than providing decent service.

  I went through the drive through today at the west Albany McDonald's and ordered a hunter's happy meal and a large soda with a extra nuggets.i got back to work and there was no seasoning packet or bag to shake them in. So I called and they told me they have been out for a couple weeks. I paid 13 dollars for the meal expecting everything, I could have just got a regular nuget meal and saved 5 bucks. They are ripping customers off, the person i talked to even told me that's what management told them to do!! Shame on you for teaching your employees to rip people off!!!! Unacceptable.

  My coffee took 10 minutes to get done and when I got it over 1/3 was syrup the cup it's self was only half full there was syrup all over the cup and my whipped cream was smashed cause I guess they don't have dome lids anymore

  When I walked into the store a red headed lady who seemed to be the manager was yelling at a employee. What kind of company hires a manager who would yell at employees in front of customers. It made me nervous because people who act like that trigger my ptsd. I turned and walked out. I Won't be spending my money at an establishment that allows management to act like that. Hey Mac Donald's hire nicer people.

  The food was just like Average McDonald's so we got a five I got a five for McDonald's food Next it got a 4 out of five for service because people didn't really want to talk or want that helpful in the atmosphere was kind of strange
