    I am a regular customer who comes thru TWICE A DAY to your 9th ave location in albany oregon sometimes purchasing 3 or 4 large coffees depending on the day. But for sure having 2 lrg coffees daily! I have always loved coming and have stayed dedicated to 9th ave..... UNTILL TODAY! came thru for my 2nd coffee at about 12:15 pm 8/29/26 (i had already ordered 2 large coffees at 8am) Anyway, i had pre-ordered as I usually do and when I got to the line one of the girls was working the line on 9th ave side (I wish I knew her name, but thats why im telling you the date and time)! Anyway she was taking the order of the two cars in front of me, she completed 1st car very quickly, and got to car in front of me, she spent about 10 minutes "chatting" with "customer" after taking to her order, I KNOW this because she had ipad under her arm, she was done with her order! So I asked to pls check my pre-ordered coffee, she said " just a minute Linda, ( they all know my name there) Im talking to a customer". and she kept "chatting", out of the blue, all of a sudden the guy who was working the other side must have heard because he walked up 15 to 30 seconds later with my drink! I asked girls name who was working my line, he said he didnt know it so instead of getting to file a complaint on just her I have to leave a poor review. Nonetheless, I rolled down my windows and condescendingly told her, "Its all good I got it, thx anyway", she just smirked! I was condescending because her behavior warranted it. Im not sure i will continue to return to 9th ave location now, im very angry, she owes me an apology. It's not that I expect special treatment, but what I don't allow is to be treated poorly, because they know i'm a regular, and they think I will put up with it. I spend 100s of dollars a month and I tip very well, there are plenty of dutch bros around my location, it was the employees that kept me coming back. But when i've got an employee that talks to me like that, I will move on and spend my cash somewhere else! I don't expect I'll get my apology, but I do hope management is able to recognize which girl disrespected a customer like that and talk to her about it so she doesn't continue to think that she can treat people like that and tarnish dutch bros reputation! Thanks for listening.

    To be honest, I don't like how they make my coffee in Corvallis and Newport; I always order it watered down.

    Dutch Brothers have the best Employees ive seen smiles happy greetings they go out of their way to make sure your happy. I have went to MANY coffee places they are the BEST. I don't know anyone personally that works for them and I am hard rating places BUT they ROCK!!!!!
