    I like the food, so I keep coming back, but I think I'm done this time. Every time I come in, the service is absolutely horrible, and yet it still surprises me. Picked up an order today that was 45 minutes late. Set the pick up to be in-store, checked in with the staff about the order, and they told me I had to go through the drive-thru lane. No problem. I go through the drive-thru and they don't have my order. Had to wait at the window for 20 minutes longer with tons of cars behind me. Not sure what took so long as I only ordered 2 bowls. The worker at the window was absolutely rude and had a horrible attitude, even though I tried to be very polite. I work in food service, I know how it is, but it's really not difficult to have some decent customer service. Seeing all the one star reviews really makes sense based on the high amount of bad experiences I've had at this location with the employees.

    I wouldn’t be writing this review if my only complaint was the wait time. It was really busy when I went and there were already a lot of cars in the chipotlane. My issue was my actual food. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and my chicken was served on the side. The quesadilla itself can’t even be called a quesadilla because there is barely any cheese. It looks like just a toasted tortilla. I also got the smallest bag of chips ever. It looks like the kids meal portion or someone’s mostly eaten bag of chips. Not even enough for the side of queso I ordered. To top it all off, half of the chips are burnt. I have never had such a terrible experience at a chipotle. I have gone to this location before and not had issues but this is unacceptable.

    Everytime I ask for silverware they smugly tell me it is in the bag, and let me assure you they are wrong more than they are right.
