Love the food and that I can get a gluten free burger. Main issue is that whenever you order a gluten free burger that isn’t toasted (with gluten products) or assembled they always forget to give you part of the burger. At minimum, you don’t get whatever sauce is supposed to come with the burger. I expect that when I pay over $8 for a burger to get the entire thing without having to go back and ask for it every time.

I can’t say anything good about Burgerville. I’ve been there two times in 13 months and both times I felt like I got ripped off and the food was gross. Today I order 4 chicken tenders and the lady gave me 4 chicken patties, breaded, and fried and the chicken was less than a quarter of an inch thick and it was tough and greasy. To top it off I got charged $17… FOR 4 CHICKEN ‘PATTIES’ when I ordered 4 chicken strips. Terrible place and I will NEVER go back.

Had wanted to try this place for a long time…fries were good, burger was tiny and cold….but the rudeness of whomever was working front counter was awful…whoever rang me up apparently gave me the wrong number, because I asked if i could take it to go and said “I’m number 81” the manager or possible shift lead? Looks at me with this odd/dismissive look and says “you’re what?” And looked back at the other girls. I said “I’m guest 81” and the then says “there’s no 81” and chuckles. Completely stops interacting w me, and turns her back to me. One of the other girls then clarified their mistake. As I get ready to go I said “may I have some ketchup please?” She rolls her eyes as she turns around, throws some in the bag and says “yep, here” I’ve been in the beauty industry and a business owner for 15+ years, and this was the worst customer service I have personally experienced for some time. Especially when you’re paying $13 for a tiny cold burger and small fry. Would not spend my money here again when passing through Albany.

Live in Harrisburg. Wife went to dinner with friend in Albany so whenever anyone in the family travels North to Albany they always stop and get the cheeseburger for me. Until tonight when my wife stopped on her way back and ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a micro shake (super small medium). She didn't check the bag because she had already ate. She got home and handed me the bag of a chicken sandwich amd a fry. Love Burgerville and want one in Eugene but super disappointed tonight.

Look, I love Burgerville. They're my go to shop for burgers and breakfast. I love that they're local and pro supporting local businesses and farms. However, recently they changed their hours to opening at 9am instead of 6am, and that just sucks. I work at 7:30, and love getting their breakfast burritos to bring in to work with me. I can't do that anymore, and since their breakfast only goes until 11, I can't even go on my lunch to get one now. It's $13-$14 to order on DoorDash you guys!!! For a $6 burrito!!! It's unfortunate you'll lose us early risers. If they change their hours to be a little earlier again or extend their breakfast hours, I'll change my review. Best of luck with it.
