  Service is horrible, food was horrible, they put almost no sauce on wings, also didn’t get everything I ordered. I have given this location several chances and everytime the same result.

  I stopped in here for the first time the other day to try their new flavors , Carolina Gold and Jamaican Jerk. I moved to Mustang a few months ago and it's been a while since I've been to a Wingstop. I used to go the ones in Las Vegas when they first came out , but after a few years they went downhill and now the price of bone-in wings are really ridiculous. I ordered on the App and they were ready when I went to pick them up. The lady at the counter was friendly. I got the 3 Piece Carolina Gold and a 3 Piece Jamaican Jerk , both Bone-In. The Carolina Gold was pretty good , but could've used a little more kick. There is a place in Myrtle Beach , South Carolina that makes a Carolina Gold Sauce for their chicken wings that will knock your socks off , sooo good. The Jamaican Jerk was okay , but the sauce was a little dark and tart taste. After a couple bites it got better or you just got used to it. Of course Ranch helps with the flavor. The Carolina Gold you don't need Ranch. I've read several reviews that weren't good at this location , but my chicken was fine. It was cooked properly and I was only there for a minute , so service was fine and friendly.

  Pretty disappointed in this place. I waited 20 minutes for the store to give me the wrong wings that have gluten in this flavor so I might get sick from that but I understand mistakes happen. But I called and told them and they said they won't start making the wings until I get there so I guess they think I'm lying? So I have to get there instead of them making them knowing I'm on the way and wait an additional 20 minutes. This has never happened before. I really don't appreciate my time being wasted

  If u wanna order thru uber eats please dont they are always missing items when i called i sended my daughter to get my missing items since she was near manager wanted me to go with my order insted of making me my missing items stupid if im paying for ubereats and i have to end up going back manager does not care for customers

  They never drain the wings so you get more oil than sauce. Speaking of sauce I ask for extra sauce everytime and the wings are still bone dried !! Whoever is the manger or owner needs to re train the staff
