  Terrible customer service from the manager. We had an online order and they handed us our order. Got home and realized we were missing half our wings. Called to explain, the manager said my cashier tried to catch you running out the door. Ok, didn't see her, obviously. She said I could come pick up the rest of my order. Asked if she could remake my order since its probably cold by now and was an error by them. She said no. I went and got my cold food. Told her politely that shes providing terrible customer service, she should correct her staffs mistake. She told me im just trying to get free food. Rude!!! I also emailed her manager with no reply.

  Worst experience ever. Ordered thru app as a delivery 4 drivers later I finally find out the store never got the order? I ordered thru their app. So i drive up there to get my order or just a refund (this time a 5th driver shows up) Manager least helpful in making anything right! She tells me to call the help line, so I did. They then transfer me to store where the same manager Hungs up on me. She then basically tells me We are to busy to deal with this. Excuse me? Im beyond words. And yes I did raise my voice in the store. Everyone in there should know how horrible this service is. Recommend just driving out of your way to go to another location. Funny, you say to contact you on the website. I have 2 times, and yet I don't get an e-mail or a phone call back. Your customer Service in store, or online apparently does not exist.

  Game day and they got the order out in a decent amount of time. People were moving and orders were popping out.

  Service is horrible, food was horrible, they put almost no sauce on wings, also didn’t get everything I ordered. I have given this location several chances and everytime the same result.

  I stopped in here for the first time the other day to try their new flavors , Carolina Gold and Jamaican Jerk. I moved to Mustang a few months ago and it's been a while since I've been to a Wingstop. I used to go the ones in Las Vegas when they first came out , but after a few years they went downhill and now the price of bone-in wings are really ridiculous. I ordered on the App and they were ready when I went to pick them up. The lady at the counter was friendly. I got the 3 Piece Carolina Gold and a 3 Piece Jamaican Jerk , both Bone-In. The Carolina Gold was pretty good , but could've used a little more kick. There is a place in Myrtle Beach , South Carolina that makes a Carolina Gold Sauce for their chicken wings that will knock your socks off , sooo good. The Jamaican Jerk was okay , but the sauce was a little dark and tart taste. After a couple bites it got better or you just got used to it. Of course Ranch helps with the flavor. The Carolina Gold you don't need Ranch. I've read several reviews that weren't good at this location , but my chicken was fine. It was cooked properly and I was only there for a minute , so service was fine and friendly.
