  Just sat inside of a stall for more than 20 minutes. Press the red button five times, thought maybe it was just the stall that I was in, turns out the other cars around me had been getting ignored as well. Ironic, considering when we pulled up, there was two people in the back having a cigarette. And multiple cars inside of stalls. Might as well take your business across town amongst the drive and wait time… You’ll spend far less time driving to the other location than this location

  I ordered 2 shakes with the app. When I got there the app wouldn’t let me check in. Went to 3 different stalls. Pressed each button and waited minutes for a response. Had to go inside and tell them…. Waited more, drove to another stall and the button finally worked (don’t know if the kiosk was broken but the clerk was sure slow) 15 minutes later they bring my half melted shakes with no straws or spoons. You should drug test your staff and fix your machines. I’ll never be back.

  Ordered online and something messed up, the charge went through but did not show up on their system. I talked to the manager and confirmed the charge was taken from my checking account and he personally delivered the order to my home! Went above and beyond and the smash burger was outstanding! Definitely eat here!

  Everything was good, if the credit card machine wasn't making us late. But thats a technological problem not a worker problem.
