Ordered our family dinner, was given a 25-35 minutes time frame. An hour later no food. Called store, mgr said driver had a problem finding us and tried to call but no answer. They now have a system at pizza hut where you must type in your phone number in order to access your acct. Frustrated as that made it impossible for there to be a problem with calling me, I said one curse word, the mgr informed me my order was cancelled and I could take my business elsewhere. It is now 8:15 pm and we have no dinner. I then asked for his bosses phone number and was informed that he had no access to that. This was the Yukon, OK PIZZA HUT LOCATION. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have been doing business with them for between 20 to 30 years, and this is how we are treated b

This location has a Dining Area which is almost unheard of in a modern day Pizza Hut. I've seen on Tiktok and Facebook a few Retro Pizza Huts that still have the old red and white checker board table cloths , red drink glasses , Pac-Man video game , and decorated like the 80's. This one doesn't have all that , but a few Oklahoma Sooners pictures on the wall. They also have a Drive Thru which I've never seen at a Pizza Hut , Wow. I stopped here the other day for the first time since moving to the area. I ordered on the app for takeout. I got the $3 Throwback Special for a one topping personal pizza. I got pepperoni and sausage , so it was 50 cents more for an additional topping. When I came inside to pick it up one lady was on the phone with a customer who was asking about every special in the book it seemed like , so she was occupied with them for a while. The lady working the drive thru came over a few minutes later and looked up my order and said it would be a couple more minutes. She was nice , but spoke so softly I could barely hear and understand her. A few minutes later the other lady was able to get off the phone with the other customer and shortly my pizza was ready. She was pleasant also. Now the pizza on the other hand was not very good. I got one from the Mustang location about 2 weeks ago and it was much better. This one was kind of doughy , not enough sauce , and should've been cooked a couple minutes more. Being undercooked it didn't have much flavor , unlike the one I had in Mustang that was crisp and flavorful.
