  It’s really nice to be ignored by employees too busy on their phones. The same ones that want more money per hour to do nothing.

  When me and my dad first came here a few years ago, this place was mid at best. The food was decent, but the service was a joke. Then one day, we had absolutely horrible service and we didn't come back for years. A year ago, we decided to give this place another chance, since we really like BWW and WOW! This place improved significantly. I don't know what changed between then and now, but the difference is night and day. Everything here is so much better now. Now my dad and I are here every week. This is our favorite place now. You done good, keep it up!

  Heard about their hamburgers and they were very good. Didn't eat their for a long time because I have a chicken allergy and thought they only had chicken. They have a good menu.

  The food was HORRIBLE!! Sooooo full of grease!! We ordered appetizers ….. (onion rings and fries pickles) , I get it.. They are both fried foods but the oil on them when they were brought to the table was unbelievable/uneatable!! My husband and I shared the All-American burger and we did not have enough napkins to keep the grease soaked up!!! I tried to give a zero rating and then one star rating but app would not allow me to give comments until I gave at least a 2 star rating!!

  This is for Karen(yes her name is Karen, she had nice brows tho). We came in about 7:20. At around 8:10 we finally got our drinks, with a melted (wrong kind) frozen margarita and a flat beer. Karen pours sweet tea all over my four year olds head. Never once apologized for it, but threw napkins in front of her 😂😂😂 Karen decided she finally had time to take our order and the order of the ONLY other table she had. (I’m very observant) She forgot a water for my son so I gave him mine. Around 8:40 we go looking for a manager to find out where our food is. All the sudden our food is ready. Weird. Everything was cold. I couldn’t even eat my sampler. We had to beg for a spoon for my daughter’s applesauce. We had to go out of our way for refills lol. The only thing the manager had to offer was 20% off which didn’t even equate to the cold CHICKEN WINGS we were served that we couldn’t eat. Worst experience ever. We should’ve just waited the 20 minute wait at hideaway. Mustang BWW or anywhere around the city is a million times better if you like your $200 bill to come with warm food.
