I was just there and I saw they messed up one of my drinks so they replaced it, but then when I got home I was missing some of my cheddar peppers. I called up there and asked if they could just take down my name to replace it another day, because I would have to load my kids back into the car. I could hear them in the background being rude and they ended up saying "I guess". I told them never mind and that I could hear them and hung up. Terrible customer service. I updated my review to reflect your response. Thank you

Lauren, Hali, Ashley and Mandi were very unprofessional and very rude. Lauren brought my order out and didn’t say a word just dropped my order in the window and walked off. Mandi told hali and Ashley to send me very rude messages. They are just petty individuals all the way around

This location does well for me every time and today was no different. My fiancé, kid, and myself got a mobile order and while it took slightly longer than normal the food was good as always. The carhop was very kind and apologized for the tardiness, but we weren’t in any hurry and everything was correct.
