    Arbys Ordered doordash. What do you mean you are OUT of roast beef? Thats ABSURD a big portion of your menu is roast beef. Also out of shakes? Can you not update doordash so people dont buy something that you dont have?? Maybe im wrong but sounds like lazy worker who dont want to make an order at the last 30 minutes before close. Tried to get a refund but doordash wouldnt refund me. Also maybe your employees should actually be inside doing their job instead of being outside smoking by the trashcans? Just a thought.
