  Well stopped for a bathroom break and then to get something to eat. As I walked in one of the young employees walked out of the kitchen area and went ahead of me to the men’s bathroom. I started to follow him in but noticed he was headed to the one stall that was the type I needed for this particular trip. No biggie. Waited at the door for him to finish. He did and walked out without washing his hands and went right back to the kitchen. Well I did my business and decided not to eat here but across the steer at Burger King. Probably not any more hygienic but at least I don’t know. Tuesday May 19 1:00 pm.

  Why are the fries always cold unless you visit during lunch rush hour? Why do they charge for BBQ sauce but not ketchup?

  I cannot stand this McDonald's. Never in my life have I ever had so many problems just over and over and over again with the same restaurant, unless you count the taco bell in this town after dark. I do not understand why it takes over an hour for barely any food every single time i go or order it, and EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING SO I HAVE TO WAIT LONGER OR GO BACK OR JUST PAY FOR STUFF IM NOT EVEN GETTING! This is NOT normal, its consistently BAD. I have not had one single good experience at this location. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? I watched people waiting for Door Dash orders LEAVE and drop the order after waiting over an hour just like me. Something needs to change. Once again i open my bag to find an entire sandwich not there, so one of us doesn't get to eat. FANTASTIC. AGAIN. This is crazy. UPDATE: Might as well add that when we unwrapped the burgers that we DID actually get, one of them was completely plain for no reason." IM HATIN' IT ™" The response from the owner just saying “sorry you’re disappointed “ is a slap in the face. I’m beyond disappointed, I’m angry.

  The employers are great. The business its self has become a traffic nuisance to our community! Drive thru lines all the way down Washington Street. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen and I’m all on board for it happening at this point. The Phillips family need to open their pocket book and hire more people and give those who work there a raise! And…btw your ice coffee’s suck now since you have changed the recipe by cutting down on the vanilla and coffee in them. Nothing but watered down vanilla milk.

  This is getting worse and worse I was there in drive true for 6 min and then they toll me to move to the side cuss they did nt had my food ready and also they never have strawberry pies they would be done since I was waiting for my order for 17 min
